From sourcing to vial
Donor selection
Healthy adult volunteers aged 18–30 are thoroughly screened by licensed physicians through medical history, physical examination, and blood testing to ensure optimal health and regulatory compliance. Following approval, bone marrow is extracted under sterile conditions by qualified physicians for isolation and expansion.
Cell isolation & cultivation
To preserve optimal cell quality, the stem cells are isolated and expanded in xeno-free, ISO-classified cleanrooms. During the process, the cells undergo three carefully controlled passages to ensure consistent performance, high viability, and genetic stability. They are then cryopreserved for future use.
Quality testing
Every batch undergoes extensive testing for safety, purity, identity, and potency, following ISCT guidelines for cell and gene therapy materials.
Cryopreservation
Cells are cryopreserved at −150 °C to protect structure, function, and viability. Stored and shipped in liquid nitrogen with controlled temperature monitoring, each vial arrives exactly as it left the facility.
